You will need to use your StarID and password later. <strong>Please remember them.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Select \u201cNext\u201d to move on to the next section of the application.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_blurb][et_pb_blurb title=&#8221;Step 2. Enter <strong>all names<\/strong> that you have on your passport, including your middle name.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You <strong>do need<\/strong> to enter a <strong>date of birth<\/strong> with month\/day\/year<\/li>\n<li>You <strong>do not need<\/strong> to enter a <strong>Social Security number<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Answering the questions about <strong>Veteran Status is optional,<\/strong> so you can click \u201cNext\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Entering <strong>parent education information is optional<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Select \u201cContinue to Citizenship\u201d to move on to the next section of the application.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_blurb][et_pb_blurb title=&#8221;Step 3. Provide Citizenship Information&#8221; content_max_width=&#8221;100%&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.8.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; header_level=&#8221;h2&#8243; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; admin_label=&#8221;Step 3 Blurb&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>Choose the option for \u201cInternational Visa Holder or Seeker\u201d<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose \u201cI have an International Visa\u201d if you already have an F1 visa and are in the U.S.<\/li>\n<li>If you do not have an F1 visa (or if you have another type of non-immigrant visa), choose \u201cI am seeking an international visa\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Under type of visa, choose \u201cF1, Nonimmigrant Student Visa\u201d if you plan to change to a student visa.<\/li>\n<li>Choose whether you are in or out of the U.S. and select country of citizenship and country of birth. Check that your date of birth is correct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Select \u201cContinue to Contact\u201d to move on to the next section of the application.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_blurb][et_pb_blurb title=&#8221;Step 4. Use the address 2-5 lines for longer addresses.<\/p>\n<p>At least one phone number is required.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you are <strong>outside the U.S.<\/strong>, please provide a number we can text or call with the <strong>country and city codes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If you are <strong>in the U.S.,<\/strong> please provide your <strong>U.S. phone number.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Select \u201cContinue to Education\u201d to move on to the next section of the application.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_blurb][et_pb_blurb title=&#8221;Step 5. Complete the High School (Secondary School) name and date of Graduation.<\/li>\n<li>If in the U.S., select as needed.<\/li>\n<li>If you are currently in High School (Secondary School) indicate your end date or graduation date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you attended a college or university&#8211;whether in the U.S. or another country&#8211; you must indicate that you have done so.<\/p>\n<p>Click \u201cAdd Institution.\u201d Select \u201cNon-US\/Canada\u201d if the school is outside the U.S.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If out of the U.S., select \u201cOther Institution\u201d and list the name of the school or schools you attended and the dates.<\/li>\n<li>If you attended a college or university and have not earned a degree, select \u201cNot Applicable.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>If you are still in the college\/university you are last attending, enter the End date as the last date you plan to attend the current college\/university before enrolling in Winona State University.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_blurb][et_pb_blurb title=&#8221;Step 6.
