This week\u2019s data shows we\u2019re at 49 active positive cases, which is down from 76 active positive cases the previous reporting period. See more details on WSU\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/emergency\/dashboard.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">COVID-19 dashboard<\/a>. \u2028 <\/p>\n<p>The sustained decline means Housing has adjusted its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/housing\/policies.asp?i=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">visitor policy<\/a> to allow one overnight visitor who is living in another residence hall. The Student Union offers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/studentunion\/bike-rental.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bike rental<\/a> and yard games at no cost. Winona has lots of options, too. Here are <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.winona.edu\/campus-life\/2020\/10\/01\/6-outdoor-things-to-do-in-winona-this-fall\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">six things to do outdoors<\/a> in Winona this fall.<\/p>\n<p>Join university-sponsored gatherings where safety precautions will be in place, like this Friday\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/3348957265158715\/?active_tab=about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kryzsko After Dark<\/a> from 9pm \u2013 midnight, featuring Panda Express, prizes, mini golf and more. Or play foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard or billiards in the redesigned Student Union.<\/p>\n<p>Join a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/sal\/clubs.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">club or organization<\/a>. With more than <a href=\"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/sal\/clubs.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">170 clubs<\/a> \u2013 from rock climbing to video gaming, plus Greek life\u2013 our campus has something for everyone. Not only on campus, but in your city, your state, and for the future of our country.<\/p>\n<p>Voting in person on Tuesday, Nov. 3, is always an option. However, many cities, including Winona, are recommending absentee voting.<\/p>\n<p>If you plan to vote absentee this election, go to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sos.state.mn.us\/elections-voting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mnvotes.org<\/a> to get registered and get a ballot mailed to you.
