Ready to Learn

WSU is ready to welcome our Warrior family for the Fall 2021 semester– whether you’re coming to campus this fall or joining us through online classes.

While we will still offer choices to learn remotely, our in-person classroom courses are back to pre-pandemic status.

We plan to roll up our sleeves and return to field work, internships, hands-on learning, research, and group projects.

Ready to Explore

Winona is basically a giant playground with endless activities whether you’re a hammock by the lake type or love to mountain bike through the bluffs, rock climb or kayak on Lake Winona.

An abundance of coffee shops, concerts, plays and art, and arguably the best donuts in the state are ready for you to explore.

Ready for Fun

Campus activities are back. Sporting events with fans in the stands, club activities like frisbee golf or throwing pottery, hangouts like the eSports lounge in Kryzsko, and campus traditions like Homecoming offer fun times, rain or shine.

Ready to Protect Our Warrior Community

With more than a year of pivoting our academics, student services, student life, campus work, and personal lives to virtual, we are prepared to do it all again to protect our Warrior Community.

Winona State will continue to follow state COVID-19 health guidelines and will always prioritize the health and safety of our students, our employees and our community.

We Need You

As excited as we all are to see one another in person again, we know that the only way we get to do all the things is if we’re able to keep the spread of COVID-19 under control. The best chance we have is for all of us who can get vaccinated to get vaccinated.

You can get your vaccine for free right here on campus at student and employee walk-in clinics as supplies are available.

Learn more about vaccination opportunities and how you can do your part to protect your Warrior community, and help us all have the best fall semester possible!

Count on Me

We’re counting on every Warrior to fight for the best college experience possible this fall by doing their part to help stop the spread of COVID-19 in our campus community.
