Dr. Jeanine Gangeness, Associate Vice President of Rochester, recently held on online video chat with Ms. Samantha Spinner, a fourth-grade teacher and current student of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/rochester\/education\/graduateinduction.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">WSU-Rochester Graduate Induction Program<\/a>.
