Talbot Gym
As part of General Education requirements, you must take at least two credits of Physical Education. The Talbot Gym is a popular location for PE classes.
Want to be a part of a team and make friends? This open gym is also a common space for intramural and club sport competition.
Intramurals and club sports are a great opportunity to improve your team-building and leadership skills. There are several options for men and women throughout the year. So sign up on a roster and get ready to get active.

Swimming Pool
Just keep swimming! Our indoor pool has five 25-yard lanes available for swimming laps, free swim, swimming lessons, and aquatic fitness classes.
CPR certified? Work as a lifeguard to take advantage of a cool on-campus job experience.

Dance Studio
Memorial Hall has one of our three university dance studios up on the third floor.
Don’t worry—you don’t have to be in the dance program to use this space. Bring some tunes and get ready to shake it up.

Training Rooms
The University Athletic Training Room provides our Athletic Training students hands-on experience in their field.
This facility is used for the evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of competing varsity athletes at WSU. The Athletic Training Room is also the primary clinical site for students enrolled in the graduate program.
There’s also a golf simulator for our Division II golf teams and a racquetball court located down the same hallway.
