Dare To Lead Workshops will be held virtually on Tuesday evenings from 7:30-9 PM on February 15, February 22, March 15, and March 22

Do you dare to lead? The Winona State University-Rochester Campus Activity Board is hosting a free Dare to Lead™ virtual workshop series for students, designed to provide an introductory experience to the skills, practices, and tools that underpin daring leadership.

These workshops will be facilitated by Bethany von Steinbergs, Founder of Flourish Consulting and a Dare to Lead™ Trained Facilitator. Each session will be based on one of the four skill sets of courageous leadership, as outlined in Brené Brown’s best-selling book, Dare to Lead: Brave Work. Tough Conversations. Whole Hearts.

Students participating in the workshops will get the opportunity to reflect, discuss, and practice these concepts through education, conversation, and action plans.

WSU students must register for each individual workshop they plan to attend. Please follow the registration links for each session below.

These workshops are reserved for students enrolled at Winona State University.

Students do not need to attend all four sessions, though it is recommended to gain the most valuable experience.

For questions on this or other WSU-Rochester campus activities, please contact Trent Dernbach at tdernbach@winona.edu.

WSU-Rochester is looking for more students to join the Campus Activity Board. Students on the board take an active role in developing and leading student life programming in Rochester. To get involved, students should email Trent at tdernbach@winona.edu.
