Course registration for Fall 2020 is available via Zoom (our web conference tool) or by Phone for new students.
To make an appointment during available department times, students can call (507) 285-7100 or e-mail WSURStudentServices@winona.edu.
Please set up your WSU e-mail. This is the official WSU communication system and the only e-mail moving forward that we will use to contact you. To set up your e-mail go to www.winona.edu, click on resources at the top of the page, then choose office 365&email. Enter your starID@go.minnstate.edu and star ID password. This number will be on your admission e-mail–it is 2 letters 4 numbers and 2 letters (ex. aa1234bb).

The WSU-Rochester Student & Campus Services office is open limited hours due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we are here for you! Our team is ready to provide our students, faculty, and staff with assistance from a distance. Please call 507.285.7100 or email wsurstudentservices@winona.edu.

- Monday: 8 AM-4:30 PM (in-person, email and phone assistance)
- Tuesday: 8 AM-4:30 PM (Zoom, email, and phone assistance)
- Wednesday: 8 AM-4:30 PM (Zoom, email, and phone assistance)
- Thursday: 8 AM-4:30 PM (in-person, email and phone assistance)
- Friday: 8 AM-4:30 PM (email and phone assistance)
WSU-Rochester Student & Campus Services office in SS 128 at the RCTC Campus will be open on Mondays and Thursdays. If you would like to meet with us during these times, we recommend that you contact us to make an appointment. Only one visitor will be allowed in the office at a time.
We will also to provide assistance from our distance be available in our Zoom Room on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8 AM-4:30 PM. Email and phone support will be available all week during our business hours.
We want to stay connected with you. We will be fully responsive to your emails and phone calls during our regular business hours. If you need direct assistance outside of office hours, please let us know and we will schedule a time to connect.
