About the Wellness Blog

Intellectual. Spiritual. Emotional. Environmental. Social. Occupational. Physical. These are the seven pillars of health that make up Winona State University’s holistic definition of health wellness. This blog addresses these pillars through a variety of subjects from eating healthfully and learning yoga, to building self-confidence and practicing meditation.

Moderated by WSU's Health & Wellness Services, our student bloggers tackle topics on living well as a student but their information, motivation and advice still applies when students eventually leave WSU behind. If you have a question or topic you would like to be addressed, leave a comment and let us know!
