Reception Area & Room Reservations

The Reception Area is located on the third floor of the Broadway building.

Here, you’ll receive personal assistance and answers to any questions you may have. Learn more about our campus services and resources. Or schedule a reservation for an upcoming meeting and study session in one of our many spaces available to students, faculty, and staff.

On this same level, there’s a comfy, open-concept study lounge with semi-private study cubicles, couches, and tables.

On both the second and third floors, there are three spacious conference rooms—sometimes smaller classes hold in-person sessions here. There’s also a large, multi-purpose classroom that’s equipped with state-of-the-art technology perfect for teleconferencing and multimedia instruction.

If you’re interested in reserving a space for your next meeting or study session at WSU-R on Broadway, email Carolyn Ryno.
