As a WSU student, you’ll have access to all our student services, in-person or through virtual assistance from a distance.

Whether you’re in need of additional academic support, help with your job search, or various health and wellness services, all you have to do is ask.

Academic & Career Services

The Warrior Success Center has just about everything you need for academic and career support:

  • Advising Services – meet with professional advisors to help you explore majors, improve academic success and more
  • Career Services— find an on-campus job, get your resume in order and polish your career-readiness skills
  • Tutoring Services – sign up for free one-on-one and group tutoring in a variety subjects
  • Access Services – request accommodations like note-takers and low-distraction test areas if you have a documented disability

Health & Counseling Services

Nobody likes to be sick, so you can count on the Health Services team to help you get well as soon as possible.

And your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Counseling Services offers free confidential counseling to all students.

In response to COVD-19, Health Services & Counseling Services are providing telehealth appointments.

This makes it easy to access these wellness services whether you choose to return to campus or not.

Equity & Inclusive Excellence

Something that makes college so exciting is meeting people from different backgrounds. And WSU is no exception.

The Office of Equity & Inclusive Excellence and KEAP Diversity Resource Center collaborate year-round to support every learner.

Family Ties and Guiding Warriors Mentoring are two programs that are offered to help new students build connections and achieve their college goals.

This partnership also empowers Warriors to successfully live in a global society and use their voice to change the world we live in.

Building an equitable community requires hard work and sustained effort. WSU is taking our first action steps and asks our community to do the same.

eWarrior Program

You can also get your own personal laptop through WSU’s eWarrior Program.

Our devices come equipped with the right software and programs you need for your major, as well as free 24/7 Tech Support.

WSU-Rochester students have the chance to opt-in to this program.

As student gets help from a student tutor in the WSU Tutoring Center.

TRIO

TRIO is a grant program that helps eligible students reach their goal of graduation.

TRIO advisors meet with you one-on-one to provide encouragement, advice, course selection guidance, career exploration and much more.
