(Updated October 18, 2021)

We hope that everyone is enjoying a safe, healthy, and productive semester. WSU-Rochester students, faculty, and staff have returned to campus and are ready to go. As the world continues to learn more about reducing the risk of COVID-19, we are bringing back some of our favorite student life activities.

The WSU-Rochester Campus Activity Board (CAB) has put together a variety of events for the Fall 2021 semester that will include both on and off-campus activities. The safety of our students is always a top priority. All of our student activities will follow CDC, MN Department of Health, and local guidelines regarding COVID-19. We will follow all policies put in place by WSU, our event venues and hosts, and state and local governments.

The best way to fight COVID-19 is by getting vaccinated. Winona State University strongly encourages everyone to get vaccinated if they are eligible to do so and have not yet already. We also strongly encourage masking when indoors in public settings and outdoors when social distancing cannot be maintained. Face coverings are required in all public spaces in all campus buildings. University policies will adapt as we get new guidance from the CDC and our local and state governments.

We are ready to be flexible! As the pandemic develops, we may need to cancel, postpone, or adapt some of the activities we have planned. We are hopeful that our students will be able to fully participate. Continue reading for details on upcoming student activities. Let’s go!
